All digital images means all high-resolution JPEGs chosen by the discretion of Jessica Hinds Photography. JH Photography does not sell RAW files. No images may be modified after release to client. All images are the property of JH Photography and may be used on social media, marketing, or other purposes. Sessions will start and end at the set times. No refunds once the session begins. Cancellations/rescheduling must be done 48 hours in advance. Session will not begin without full payment. JH Photography reserves the right to cancel/reschedule sessions because of weather, equipment malfunction, or other reason at any time and a full refund will be provided if payment was sent prior to session.
